The Grapes are picked from high quality plots in King valley. The altitude is above 350 meters. The vineyard is located on a north-facing slope, so the grapes can receive plenty of sunlight, obtain rich natural acidity and fully ripen. The average vine age of 30 years old also gives the wine a concentrated and complex fruit flavor.

After the grapes are picked, they are fermented in a thermostatically controlled stainless steel tank and used traditional cap management, ie.. pump over 3 times a day and air bag pressed. The first 12 moths are cultivated in new French oak barrels, and then transferred to 600 litre vats to continue maturation for 12 months, and then bottling after light filtration.

This wine can be drunk now, especially for those who like strong wine style. It is also worth waiting patiently to get a more complex sense of layering, which can be cellared for 15 years or more.

This wine is ideal for accompany all kinds of beef, lamb and pork, braised or roasted. Its nature acidity will wash the fatness of meet. The flavors of wine and meat complement each other.
